So, me and the bestie went to the gym today and did a real nice workout! We worked on our glutes, our hamstrings - basically almost everything that was there, we worked out on! We got there at 1 and from there worked out until 3:15. I put out 265 calories - man that felt gooood!
A workout is what I've been itching for lately. I weigh 169 lbs. at five foot - two inches tall and I wanna lose atleast 60 pounds. IDK how much my bestie wants to lose - she gained weight from her second pregnancy and all she keeps saying is " I wanna lose this gut and work on my butt " lol - so idk. I can't wait, though. I know it's gonna take some time, but it is all worth it! :]
